FINDLAY A McComb, Ohio, man scheduled to go on trial this week for the June 8 killing of a Findlay man will get a new attorney.
Hancock County Common Pleas Court Judge Reginald Routson yesterday granted a motion by Tiffin attorney Charles Hall to withdraw from the case of Aaron Hernandez, 19, who is charged in the stabbing death of Andrew Coleman, 22, of Findlay, outside a Findlay bar.
Mr. Hernandez reportedly lunged at Mr. Hall and had to be restrained by Hancock County sheriff s deputies during a court hearing last week, prompting Mr. Hall s request.
