A central Toledo woman accused of running over another woman during an altercation in a coin-laundry parking lot has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury.

Eleyse Taylor, 40, of 1072 Prospect Ave., was indicted Wednesday on two counts of felonious assault. She is free on a $50,000 surety bond.

Ms. Taylor and Tierra Greer began arguing in the parking lot of Odella's Wash Land, 539 Dorr St., about 6:45 p.m. April 9. Ms. Taylor, who was in her car with her 17-year-old daughter, yelled to Ms. Greer and her friends as they walked away from her, police said.

Ms. Taylor got out of her car and walked toward Ms. Greer with a hammer, police said. She returned to her car, drove across the parking lot, and ran over the woman, police said.

Ms. Greer was treated at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
