Last Sweet Feed Co. store closing

Its owners were hoping to keep it afloat, but the last Sweet Feed Co. pet supplies store in Lambertville is shutting down permanently.

A store worker said prices on all products other than pet food have been marked down 30 percent, and the owners are trying to determine when the store will close for good.

The local company, founded in 1983, closed its two other area stores in the last year.
