Dana delays release of 2008 earnings report

2/24/2009

Toledo s Dana Holding Corp., which was to announce its 2008 earnings Wednesday, said it is delaying its financial report until March 16.

The delay was attributed to rapidly changing economic conditions, including global vehicle production levels, so the automotive parts company is still in the process of finalizing its 2008 financial picture.

As a result, the firm now will disclose its performance when it files its report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC filing typically occurs a few weeks after the earnings announcement.
