    A whippoorwill, above, and a yellow-rumped warbler, below, are among the birds viewed by Bill Wilson, bottom, of Oxford, Ohio, in foreground at left, and others at Magee Marsh, where special events are planned Saturday in observance of the 17th annual International Migratory Bird Day. Decoy carving, songbird banding, and other activities are planned beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the wildlife area on State Rt. 2 near Oak Harbor and nearby facilities, including Maumee Bay State Park.
