KENTON, Ohio The owner of a mobile home in Ada that caught fire last year, killing a family of five, is to be sentenced July 13 on five counts of reckless homicide.

Charles Sizemore, 58, of Lima, Ohio, pleaded no contest to the third-degree felony charges earlier this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. Judge William Hart ordered a presentence investigation.

Sizemore owned a rundown mobile home that caught fire April 4, 2008, killing Thomas Farkasdi, 39; his wife, Shirley, 35, and their three children, Jessica, 7; Tiffany, 6, and Joseph, 4 months. The Ohio Fire Marshal s Office determined the blaze was accidental, most likely caused by faulty wiring.
