Authorities search for missing man in Lake Erie

MONROE The U.S. Coast Guard searched with boats and aircraft Tuesday morning for a 47-year-old Woodhaven, Mich. man who went missing in Lake Erie about 8 p.m. the night before.

The man went missing from a 25-foot pleasure boat about 12 miles offshore near the Enrico Fermi II plant in northern Monroe County, authorities said.
