Toledo police arrest man in West Toledo murder
10/27/2009Toledo police have charged a 20-year-old LaSalle, Mich., man in the murder of a Spencer Township man.
Robert Z. Pennington was charged Tuesday with the murder of Ysidro Mora, 21, who was shot to death about 6 a.m. on Thursday in a pickup truck on Eastbrook Drive in West Toledo.
Mr. Pennington is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail on an unrelated charge. Extradition proceedings have begun.
