City of Toledo and Lucas County offices will be closed Monday in observance of the Martin Luther King holiday. Auto title offices also will be closed . Following is a list of select services and businesses:
Westfield Franklin Park shopping mall will be open regular hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Town Center at Levis Commons will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the Shoppes at Fallen Timbers will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Hours may vary for department stores, theaters, book stores, and restaurants.
Emergency services will be available from Toledo Edison and Columbia Gas.
Post offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery, with the exception of Express Mail in observance of the holiday. The Bulk Mail Entry Unit in Toledo will accept Standard mail from 1-3 p.m. and First-Class Mail from 1-5 p.m. Drop shipments must be presented by 2 p.m.
All branches of Toledo-Lucas County Public Library will be closed.
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a regular schedule.
Refuse collection will leap forward one day for Toledo residents. Collection services in suburban communities vary.
Meter parking in downtown Toledo will be free.
