Sunoco to shut 2 units for maintenance work
3/4/2010Sunoco Inc. will shut a hydrocracker and a crude unit at its refinery that crosses the Toledo-Oregon border for routine maintenance from March 12 to April 12, city regulators said.
Workers will change the catalyst on the hydrocracker, a diesel producing unit, and perform work on one of two crude units at the refinery, according to a filing with the Toledo Division of Environmental Services. The crude unit has a capacity of 105,000 barrels a day.
The refinery has a capacity of 160,000 barrels a day.
