Lawyer's ex-employees sue him for voyeurism

TIFFIN — Two former employees of convicted Fostoria lawyer Donald Guernsey have sued him for “extreme and outrageous voyeur activities.”

In December, Guernsey was found guilty of two counts of tampering with evidence for installing a pinhole camera in the restroom at his law office. He was placed on community control for four years and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.

In their suits, Marianne Bur nett and Diana Mason and Ms. Mason’s husband, Gary Mason, are seeking damages in excess of $25,000 from Guernsey for behavior they say invaded their privacy and caused severe emotional stress.
