Fog is so thick in East Toledo as Harvey Bethea fishes in the Maumee River, near where the Toledo Sports Arena once stood, that even the Veterans' Glass City Skyway, normally a landmark on the horizon, can't be seen. He caught this fi sh about 10:15 a.m. yesterday. By 11:30, rain replaced the fog.
