Lera Doneghy begins 2nd term on park board
12/10/2010Lera Doneghy has been re appointed to a second three-year term on the Board of Park Commissioners that oversees the Metroparks of the Toledo Area.
The reappointment of the retired Toledo Public Schools teacher, effective Jan. 1, was made by Lucas County Probate Court Judge Jack Puffenberger.
Mrs. Doneghy’s husband, Lucas County Common Pleas Court Judge Charles Doneghy, held the Bible while she took the oath.
The three-member volunteer board also includes businessman Scott J. Savage, board president, and attorney Fritz Byers.
