Lake, Perrysburg Township submit building plans

BOWLING GREEN — The Wood County Planning Commission is expected to review development plans in Lake and Perrysburg townships when it meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

In Perrysburg Township, Oravecz & Associates wants to amend the Woodmont planned unit development by changing the design to a cluster-style development.

The proposal covers about 11½ acres off Woodmont Drive just south of U.S. 20 and contains 80 living units in 10 buildings, down from the 120 units first proposed.The new plan also alters the buildings from two-story to one-story structures.

In Lake Township, DMWW Properties LLC has submitted a preliminary plan for two residential lots to be platted out of the Freedom Estates subdivision at the northeast corner of Bradner Road and North Freedom Drive.
