Tornado Warning in effect for Lenawee, Monroe counties


The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Lenawee County in Michigan until 6:15 p.m. and Monroe County until 6:30.

The weather service also issued a Tornado Watch, in effect until 8 p.m., for  Allen, Defiance, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood counties in Ohio. Click here for additional Ohio counties affected by the watch.

A Tornado Watch is also in effect until 8 p.m. for Hillsdale County in Michigan. Click here for additional Michigan counties affected by the watch.

A Tornado Watch means conditions are conducive to the development of tornadoes in and close to the watch area.
