Native of Perrysburg to be artist in residence
9/22/2011Michael Ives, a Perrysburg native, will return to his hometown as part of The 577 Foundation’s Art-in-Residence program.
Mr. Ives will teach, lead workshops, and lecture on using new technology to create art, according to a news release from Perrysburg Schools. Events include a watercolor class for adults from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today for $25 and a class on painting on iPads and iPhones from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 1 for $5. Visit 577foundation.org.
