Central Avenue to close for 3 hours

Central Avenue will be closed for about three hours Thursday at I-475 in central Toledo during overhead bridge work, the city transportation division announced.

Traffic will be detoured to Monroe Street between Upton and Auburn avenues during the work, scheduled to start at 10 a.m., officials said.
