ACHIEVEMENTS

Air Force One, a mechanical service contractor, has promoted three people at its Perrysburg office: Ken Height to regional vice president, Dan Briones to director of business development, and Rob Schwiebert to area service manager.

David J. Blaida has been named vice president and a board director at Maumee-based Matrix Technologies Inc., a manufacturing process design and automation engineering firm. He has been with the firm 21 years.

First National Bank of Pandora, a subsidiary of Pandora Bancshares, has promoted Larry Hoffman, its chief financial officer, to senior vice president. The bank also promoted Douglas Shaneyfelt to vice president of information technology and Nita Crawford to vice president of human resources.
