Saturday is Shred Day at Sears Westgate lot
4/20/2012The Better Business Bureau, in partnership with AccuShred and AllShred Services of Toledo and Sears, will hold its annual Shred Day on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sears parking lot in the Westgate area.
The BBB urges people to bring medical records, mortgage and real estate papers, tax files, attorney statements, or anything else that could be used by identity thieves. Up to three bags or boxes will be shredded free, with a $3 charge for more bags or boxes.
TVs and computer monitors will be accepted with a modest charge to pay for recycling.
