Lt. Tricia White of the Lucas County Sheriff's Office, left, explains some of the features of the department's communications van to Sam, 7, and Matt Mullins, 5, of Maumee. The Mullinses were among about 200 children to visit the Touch-A-Truck event hosted by Epworth United Methodist Church in Toledo. The event featured more than 20 emergency and commercial vehicles.
