Today is TeleSystem Share Day
5/18/2012Toledo City Council is to pass a resolution today declaring it TeleSystem Share Day.
"The purpose of this day is to encourage businesses and residents of the city to share with each other. This could be ideas, gifts, or even time," John Martin, president of Buckeye TeleSystem, said in a prepared statement.
Visitors to the Buckeye TeleSystem Facebook page will have an opportunity to enter a contest and win a $100 VISA gift card.
TeleSystem also will be sharing cupcakes from Cake in a Cup as the Birmingham Limousine -- the Susan G. Komen Pink Limo -- drives through downtown Toledo and the Westgate shopping area between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
