Officials are reviewing a project to build two roundabouts near Penta Career Center.

The Perrysburg Township Board voted recently to pay for part of a traffic study at Buck and Lime City roads. The $2,160 studycould alter the $555,000 estimate for the work. Unless the cost falls, "the project will be dead in the water," Administrator John Hrosko said.

Wood County is to pay $1,000 for the study; Perrysburg Township, Rossford, and Penta Career will share the remaining $1,160, he said.

The plan to build traffic circles was tabled this spring after Rossford City Council rejected funding its part of the project.

Proponents argued the work is needed for safety. Others in Rossford expressed cost concerns.
