Gregory A. Gettum has been named director of development of Toledo Christian Schools. He was formerly director of marketing for the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments.

Chad Borton has been named senior vice president and head of retail banking at Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank. He previously held various senior management positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
