Brig Niagara heads out

The U.S. Brig Niagara passes the guided-missile frigate USS De Wert as it heads down the Maumee River toward Lake Erie. The U.S. Navy fleet left Toledo Monday after Navy Week, which included band concerts and tours of vessels anchored downtown.
