Kicking off Imagination Station levy drive with a bang

Imagination Station chief scientist Carl Nelson ignites a balloon filled with hydrogen, iron, and strontium to kick off a levy renewal news conference Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the facility downtown. Issue 26 will be a renewal of existing levy funds and will cost the owner of a $100,000 home $5.21 per year.
