Work on skywalk to disrupt Summit St.
10/13/2012Maintenance on the downtown Toledo skywalk over Summit Street at Imagination Station will require intermittent lane closings on Summit today, the city transportation division announced.
Work is to start at 8 a.m. and is expected to end later today.
