Winners announced for Tree City Film Festival's 50-hour film challenge
The Sylvania Community Arts Commission on Saturday honored the winners of the Tree City Film Festival's 50-hour Challenge at a special viewing and award ceremony at the Sylvania Historical Village’s Train Barn. For the 50-hour Challenge, 19 film-making teams were tasked with making a film, no more than eight minutes long, in a 50-hour period. The first place winner was D20 and their film called Finding Floyd. The second place winner was LakeSide Films with their film titled The Root of All Evil. First place receives a cash prize of $300, second place gets $150
