■ Craig Curtis has been promoted to senior vice president of First Federal Bank. He has been with First Federal since 2003.

■ Tim Koehrman has been promoted to general manager of Jim White Lexus of Toledo.

■ Casey Gerber has been named service operations manager of Dunbar Mechanical Inc., a 77-year-old Toledo-based mechanical contractor.

■ Tim Alter, president of Rudolph/Libbe Inc., has been elected chair of the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges board of trustees. He has been a trustee since 2005.
