4 downtown I-75 ramps to close this weekend
6/28/2013Pavement repairs will close four I-75 ramps in downtown Toledo this weekend, the Ohio Department of Transportation said.
Starting at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, the northbound entrance from 14th Street, the northbound entrance from Collingwood Boulevard, the southbound entrance from Lawrence Avenue (near Monroe Street), and the southbound Downtown/ Washington Street exit will be closed for 48 hours while pavement joints on I-75 are repaired.
Entrance ramp traffic will be detoured to the Detroit Avenue interchange via Monroe Street. The posted detour for the Washington ramp will take motorists to the Miami Street interchange in East Toledo, then back north on I-75 to the Downtown/ Erie Street exit. The work also will require lane closings on I-75.
