Tornado Warning for Seneca Co.
7/8/2013The National Weather Service had issued a tornado warning for northern Seneca County, until 9:30 p.m.
A funnel cloud was reported near the ground by Kansas and Bettsville, at about 9 p.m. Radar reports showed the storm was moving east at about 20 miles per hour.
