Perrysburg department to hold movie night, picnic

Perrysburg’s recreation department will show "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" for its Family Fun Movie night from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Municipal Park. Refreshments will be provided. The movie is rated PG.

Earlier Friday will be Family Picnic Day at the park. Hot dogs and snacks will be served from noon to 2 p.m. Residents also can take their own refreshments.

The annual Pet Show returns on Aug. 1, from 1:30 to 3 p.m., and a Last Day at the Park event is Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
