Work to shut down part of Neowash Road

BLADE STAFF

Resurfacing and drainage work will close part of Neowash Road in Providence and Waterville townships today, the Lucas County Engineer’s Office announced.

During the work between Schadel and Noward roads, through traffic will be detoured via South River, Waterville-Monclova, Neapolis-Monclova, and Schadel roads. Construction is set to last for 18 days.

Railroad-crossing repairs that have closed Eber Road just north of Airport Highway in Springfield Township since late last week, meanwhile, are scheduled to wrap up by Thursday. Traffic is detoured via Crissey Road between Airport Highway and Old State Line Road.
