Charges against 1 nurse in drug cases dismissed

Charges have been dismissed against one of seven registered nurses indicted in July by a Lucas County grand jury for separate incidents of theft of drugs.

Charles McDonald, an assistant Lucas County prosecutor, asked Common Pleas Judge Gary Cook to dismiss the charge against Cindy Sattler, 50, of Rudolph, Ohio. Mr. McDonald said the charge was dropped because of evidentiary concerns.
