Special Agent Vicki Anderson from the FBI's Cleveland office said the presence at 4949 Stickney Ave. is an “IRS-led endeavor” but the agency does have agents assisting.

Speaking at the scene in the afternoon, Special Agent Daniel Dever from the IRS' criminal Investigations unit, said he was there "on official business" since this morning. He would not comment further.

Craig Casserly, an IRS spokesman, could not offer details about the today's events because "everything is sealed in federal court."

Mr. Casserly said everything should be finished today. He was not aware of any arrests.
