The trial of a Maumee woman charged with setting a fire that killed her father and another man has been postponed until March 24 — nearly two years after the deadly blaze.

Kenya McGhee, 39, is charged with aggravated murder and two counts each of murder and aggravated arson stemming from a March 25, 2012, fire at Hidden Cedars Condominiums in Springfield Township. Killed in the blaze was her father, Robert McGhee, 61, and Olandia Keith Dixon, 38.

Ms. McGhee, whose case was scheduled for trial Jan. 27 in Lucas County Common Pleas Court, is alleged to have planned the fire with her father, who ultimately died from carbon monoxide poisoning after he ran back into the burning building to rescue her. She had jumped from a second-story window.
