Police arrest man with 0.314 blood-alcohol level

A North Toledo man was arrested after a traffic stop with a blood-alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit.

Mark Milliken, 37, of 16 W. Weber St. is charged with obstructing official business, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, not wearing a seat belt, and not using a turn signal. He was released from the Lucas County jail Tuesday.

Police pulled over Mr. Milliken on Weber, near Cottage Avenue in North Toledo, at 12:18 a.m. Tuesday, according to traffic citations and court records. Mr. Milliken took a breath-test and registered a 0.314 blood-alcohol level, police said.

A Feb. 6 pretrial hearing was scheduled when Mr. Milliken appeared Wednesday in Toledo Municipal Court.
