Weather puts Huron, Seneca counties in Level Three, Lucas County in Level One

BLADE STAFF

Lucas County is under a Level Two snow emergency today, which means road conditions are hazardous and only those with an important need should be on the streets.

Also, because of the snow emergency, a flu clinic at the downtown Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has been canceled for today.
