Other counties include Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Ottawa Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Williams, and Wood. In Wood County, the cities of Bowling Green and Northwood are under a snow emergency.

A Level 1 means that blowing winds and drifting snow are making roadways hazardous and likely icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously.
