Lecture, panel, movie on tap at Way library

Preservation of Family Documents topic on Thursday night

Historic Perrysburg will hold a lecture titled “The Preservation of Family Documents” at Way Public Library from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Guest speaker is Steve Charter, the head of the Center for Archival Collections at Bowling Green State University.

The library is also hosting a Topical Tuesday conversation with a discussion panel of women engaged in public service Tuesday at 7 p.m. The Perrysburg Area League of Women Voters is leading into the talk with Shannon Orr, a political science a teacher at BGSU. The panel will also feature Sara Weisenburger who served on the Perrysburg City Council, Wood County Commissioner Doris Herringshaw, and Wood County Treasurer Jill Engle.

On Thursday at 10 a.m. the library is showing The Devil and Miss Jones, a 1941 romantic comedy. Admission is free.
