Storm expected to bring up to 6 inches of snow

With spring just days away, another major snow storm with freezing rain and snow is on its way to northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm watch through Wednesday for most counties in the Toledo area, including Lucas, Wood, Ottawa, and Monroe. The storm, which will likely begin later today with rain or freezing rain, is predicted to bring as much as 6 inches of snow.

After a high of 49 Monday, rain will move into the area today. The rain will change to snow overnight and Wednesday.
