TIFFIN — A proposed justice center to house the Seneca County Common Pleas Courts and Tiffin Municipal Court will be discussed in more detail next month.

The Seneca County commissioners Tuesday briefly discussed the proposed $8.5 million structure during a work session but did not take any action.

Commissioner Fred Zoeller said the county should wait until after Tiffin City Council considers the proposal before it weighs in on a recently released, $100,000 state-funded study that recommended the project.

Council met Monday and agreed to discuss the proposal during a committee of the whole meeting at 6:30 p.m. April 7.
