A Toledo man charged with breaking into the same business three times pleaded guilty to two charges Monday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.

Larry Compton, 44, of 2803 117th St., pleaded guilty to one count each of breaking and entering and grand theft for incidents Jan. 11 and Feb. 3 at T.I.G. Auto Repair, 2415 N. Summit St.

He faces up to 30 months in prison when he is sentenced May 15 by Judge Dean Mandros, although Matt Simko, an assistant Lucas County prosecutor, told the court that as a part of a plea agreement with Compton, he would recommend a sentence to the Correctional Treatment Facility as well as restitution.
