BOWLING GREEN — A festival in which nature stars is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 17 on the grounds of the Wood County Historical Center and Museum, 13360 County Home Rd.
The free Northwest Ohio Woodland & Wildlife Family Festival will feature displays on bees, edible mushrooms, trees, and raptors.
Blacksmiths, woodworkers, rope makers, and soap makers will demonstrate their crafts, and owners of antique farm equipment will display their treasures.
Sewer repairs to close Nevada St. in E. Toledo
Sewer repairs will close part of an East Toledo street for three days, starting today, the city transportation division announced. Nevada Street will be closed between White Street and Raymer Boulevard.
