Man accused in shooting May 3 on Elmdale held
6/12/2014Marlon Henderson, accused in a May 3 shooting, remained in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $200,000 bond Wednesday night.
Mr. Henderson, 34, of 413 Elmdale Court is charged with one count of felonious assault.
He was arraigned Wednesday in Toledo Municipal Court and is scheduled for a June 18 preliminary hearing.
Police allege that the suspect shot Phillip Copeland, Jr., 23, twice in the torso while the victim was trying to intervene in a breaking and entering in the 500 block of Elmdale.
