Lee Randles, left, and Clark Morgan, both of Holland, and Jim Proctor of Toledo speak with Juneteenth chairman Arnyka Harris of Toledo in Swan Creek Metropark. The 5th U.S. Colored Troop Co., a Civil War re-enactment group in the Toledo area, held demonstrations in recognition of Juneteenth, a celebration of the end to slavery in the United States. The local chapter of Jack and Jill of America also held a 5K run/walk.
