Northbound I-280 to close 2 hours Monday

Northbound I-280 will be closed for two hours early Monday morning for pavement repairs in Lake Township, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.

From 3 to 5 a.m., the northbound lanes will be closed between State Rt. 795 and Walbridge Road. Route 795 and Walbridge entrances also will be closed. ODOT recommends I-75 as an alternative route but will not post a detour. The Ohio Turnpike and Route 795 both can be taken westbound from I-280 to reach I-75.

The Central Avenue entrance to southbound I-475/​U.S. 23 in Sylvania Township will be closed overnight for two nights, starting today. During the closings from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., traffic will be detoured north and east on I-475 to the Corey Road interchange.
