Road closings set up Saturday for construction of a roundabout in Waterville Township will be in place for about 60 days, the Lucas County Engineer’s Office said.
Dutch and Waterville-Monclova roads are closed at the easterly of their two intersections.
A second roundabout will be built later at Waterville-Monclova’s nearby southern leg.
Posted detours will use River Road between Dutch and Stitt roads; Stitt between River and Weckerly roads; Weckerly between Stitt and Finzel roads; Finzel between Weckerly and State Rt. 64, and Route 64 between Finzel and the Anthony Wayne Trail.
Crestline Paving and Excavating of Toledo is to be paid $1,224,936.65 for its work.
