Nominations open for Wood Co. awards

BOWLING GREEN — A Wood County program that honors leaders who excel in agriculture, economic development, religion, and other categories is taking nominations through July 18.

The 2014 Spirit of Wood County Awards recognize current or former residents in seven award categories. The awards, including the Lyle R. Fletcher Good Citizenship Award, will be presented Sept. 20.
