13-year old boy injured in ATV accident

ARLINGTON, Ohio -- A 13-year-old boy was injured Sunday night when he lost control of the ATV he was riding. He was behind his home when the ATV flipped over on the gravel driveway, throwing the boy from the vehicle, the Hancock County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies said Andrew Wehrly was riding on the driveway when the incident occurred at 8:49 p.m. He was not wearing a helmet.

The crash occurred in the 14000 block of Jackson Township Road 37, just north of Arlington.

Andrew was taken by ambulance to Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center in Findlay, where his condition was not available.
