LaSalle, Mich. man killed in motorcycle crash

A LaSalle, Mich., man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Monroe County Tuesday night.

Monroe County Sheriff‘‍s Office reported that David L. Strunk, 67, was riding a Harley-Davidson north on Suder Avenue just north of Benore Road at 7:26 p.m. when he lost control of the motorcyle. The motorcycle fell onto its side, went off the west shoulder of the road and overturned in a ditch, the sheriff’‍s office said.

Mr. Strunk, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle and came to rest on the road. He was declared dead at the scene.
